Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by TimeRace Tech Crew (Taiyuan Shisai Technology Co., Ltd.), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Services Description

We provide professional computer systems design, integration services, technical consulting, and related technology solutions. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate in the delivery of services
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for a client shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing intellectual property and general methodologies remain the property of TimeRace Tech Crew.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeRace Tech Crew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Taiyuan, Shanxi Province.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
